This year, Pite Havsbad takes the concept of winter concert to new levels, with an unforgettable evening in a snowy landscape. With musicians from Norrland and a fantastic view, Pite Havsbad invites you to this winter's big cultural event.
The whole concert will take place in a true Norrbotten spirit, with musicians from northern Sweden, a castle of snow and ice that embraces the visitors and torches with fire that dance along the castle walls. On stage are Lisa Miskovsky, Roger Pontare and Piteå's own Talent Winner Micke Holm. The back of the hotel will be filled with fantastic music and an experience Piteå has never seen before.
– The idea is that guests can bring their own chair to sit on, they can sit anywhere. It will be a magical atmosphere. Maybe we will see the northern lights that evening, says Vegard Olsen, hotel manager Pite Havsbad.
The winter concert is something out of the ordinary. A cultural event that might be located in a culture house, but which this year takes place outdoors, behind the hotel. Hot and cold drinks will be available on site, and those wishing to dine are welcome in the hotel after the concert.
– If it goes well, it can be an annual event. It will be a popular event and we hope that as many as possible want to come and experience this evening with us, says Vegard Olsen.
