The largest investment in Pite Havsbad's history has so far entailed an investment of SEK 100 million and includes renovation of hotel rooms, suites, new lobby, new restaurants such as Trapper and Beyond Burgers. In addition, Pite Havsbad has invested in other parts of the hotel and surrounding areas. The adventure pool has new changing rooms, surface layers and brand new attractions in the children's pool. The breakfast service has also been completely refurbished, serving a large breakfast buffet with local products. Upcoming: Pite Havsbad's bungalows will also be refurbished and get a proper facelift.
Renovated hotel rooms - 2019
The renovation of the Conference Hotel has been an investment of about SEK 4 million, and the remaining renovation of our highest hotel is estimated to cost SEK 16 million. The next step is to continue refreshing upstairs floor by floor. There are six remaining floors, and if everything goes according to plan, the entire Conference Hotel will be renovated in the summer of 2020.

Lobby - 2018
The hotel lobby has been renovated to create an environment that invites meetings. With plenty of seating in the form of sofa groups, tables and armchairs.
Beyond Burgers
We have opened the doors to the trendiest hamburger place in town! We serve everything from the New York Cheeseburger to a Smashburger with truffle mayo, freshly baked bread and almond potato chips from the North of Sweden. New for this year is that you can enjoy our menu in the serving areas of the Water Park.
Dressing Room at the Water Park
Our dressing rooms are totally renovated. This includes dressing areas, shower areas and the saunas.
Trapper Taco & Bar
Trapper is our new restaurant that offer tacos, a bar and sometimes Á la carte. Opened in 2018.
Gym - 2019
During the summer of 2019 our gym got an extreme makeover. Brand new machines, larger facilities and renovated interior is some of the changes that contributed to one of the freshest gyms in Piteå. The gym is open 24/7 and is free of charge if you stay att Pite Havsbad.
New pitches
We have developed our five-star campsite even more with new camper pitches - with sea views. All pitches have access to power poles and free access to service houses and sauna.
Service house - Hortlax
The service house Hortlax was opened in the summer of 2019 and has undergone a total renovation. We can say with certainty that this service house holds the highest class. We have a total of 5 large service houses and one smaller. None of our service houses are older than 10 years, but we plan for ongoing maintenance work on all of them in the near future. All service houses are cleaned at least three times a day during high season.
